Thank you for being a part of Little Luke’s!

Since moving into the church in September 2026, we have been settling into our new surroundings and exploring our new groove with the overall aim of continuing to make Little’s Luke's welcoming, enjoyable and supportive for all our families.

We would love to hear your thoughts on how things have been going so far. This short questionnaire is an opportunity to share what you feel is working well, anything that has been challenging, and any ideas or suggestions you may have for improvements. Please don’t feel you need to answer the questions that you feel are not relevant to you.

Your feedback is important and it will help us reflect on this transition and consider any changes we could make to the way we run our mornings, support our volunteers, and welcome and serve our families.

The questionnaire will be available for two weeks, after which the responses will be collated and reviewed. We may arrange follow-up conversations or volunteer meet-ups if there are particular points we would benefit from discussing together.

Please be honest and constructive. There are no right or wrong answers, and every contribution is valued. Thank you for the time, care and enthusiasm you give to Little Luke’s and to the families who join us each week.
